MANAGEMENT AND STAFFING
SARS has an
organization administrative structure which is composed of a seven board member
of the directors who are responsible for oversight direction and policy
formulation, monitoring and evaluation of the planned activities. SARS has a six
member team of varied professionals who are at the secretariat level and are
charged with the day to day smooth running of the organization. The
organization has already established a network of 30 community based
volunteers, 40 trained peer educators, 18 religious contact persons and 20
farmers’ group focal persons within the districts of Kibaale and Hoima. We have got sound management
policies; financial management and systems, procurement, Gender, Human resource
and policies.
